ABOUT THE TRUST

Such a teacher only can not only impart the content but also make his pupils to acquire the life skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, effective communication, good inter personal relationships, self awareness, empathy, emotional maturity, stress management and make his pupil a pillar in nation building.

PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE

Education is a sacred partnership between the teacher and the pupil. This demands a lot from both and delivers a lot to both. A teacher occupies a pivotal place in the society because he transfers the intellectual tradition from one generation to the next. He also helps the silent social revolution that takes place in the society. His duty doesn’t end in the class room but extends to the society and towards the nation at large. As the National Policy on Education 1986 comments “The status of the teacher reflects the socio-cultural ethos of a society, it is said that no nation can rise above the level of its teachers.”  B.O Smith points out like this “Teaching is a system of actions intended to induce learning through inter personal relationship.” Teaching-learning is no doubt an interaction between the teacher and the taught.
